Hi friend, I'm Rachel :)

A lover of depth, nature, and passionate about nervous system healing, I find myself

here as a Certified Embodied Processing Practitioner and Health Coach!

 

But, let's be honest I haven't come here with out my own trials and tribulations - having spent most of my life struggling to find my way within the world, the 'mental' health system and traditional talk therapy, I came to understand and learn that there was so much more going on beneath the surface that I wasn't in touch with. 

 

Through somatic and body based approaches I discovered that the way 'out' was actually gently and slowly turning within to meet myself and life experience from my past with presence, compassion and curiosity. This is what Embodied Processing is all about, gently building our nervous systems capacity to be present with what ever might be coming up for us in a given moment and integrating past experiences that live on within us. 

Knowing the courage it takes to say YES to yourself and your healing, I take a gentle, intuitive approach in our sessions, holding brave, compassionate space as we meet those parts of you that have been waiting to be attended and attuned to!
